We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Accountant to support our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
o Data entry in the system accurately.
o Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
o Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
o Process invoices, payments, and receipts
o Support accounts payable and receivable functions
o Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
o Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
o Support audits and tax-related documentation
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification or (actively pursuing) is an added advantage.
• At least 1–2 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in accounting software 1.e QUICKBOOKS AND ODOO is an added advantage.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills
