Key Responsibilities
Verify that all sales are supported by valid invoices and ETR receipts
Track daily customer payments and match them against issued invoices
Identify and report missing documentation, discrepancies, and non-compliant payments
Assist with posting customer receipts and updating the daily cashbook
Support follow-up on outstanding invoices and preparation of debt aging reports
Prepare daily sales vs payment summaries and pending debt lists
Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready receivable records
Share timely updates with the Accounts Receivable Accountant
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
Basic understanding of invoicing, ETR compliance, and receivables management
Experience working with an ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good organizational and record-keeping skills (physical & digital filing)
Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work under supervision
Good communication skills for customer and internal follow-ups
High level of integrity and compliance awareness
