RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Head Chef in daily meal preparation and plating.Prepare special diet meals under supervision.Ensure food quality and consistency for all patients.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and workstations. Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.Support the Head Chef in supervising waiting staff and trainees.
