Job Title: Assistant Electrical Technician – Automatic Coffee Machines
Job Summary
The Assistant Electrical Technician will support the repair, servicing, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of automatic coffee machines under the Leasing Department. The role requires practical electrical and mechanical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve faults to ensure machines remain safe, functional, and reliable for customers.
Key Responsibilities
ü Repair and Maintenance
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in automatic coffee machines.
• Carry out routine servicing, cleaning, maintenance, and testing of machines.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and replace faulty components and spare parts where required.
ü Installation and Field Support
- Assist with installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning of coffee machines at customer sites.
• Assist with the collection and return of machines requiring repair or maintenance.
ü Documentation and Safety Compliance
- Maintain records of repairs, servicing, parts used, and machine status.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines when carrying out repairs.
ü Customer Support
- Provide basic technical assistance to customers regarding machine operation and maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience in electrical or mechanical equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience with coffee machines, commercial appliances, or similar equipment is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites when required.
