Our Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional à la carte dining experiences that reflect the unique ambiance of our beach resort. The head chef will be creative, inspire, manage and lead the kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.

POSITION: EXECUTIVE CHEF REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER SUPERVISES: Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Commis Chef, Stewards, Staff cook, Kitchen Coordinator ROLE STATEMENT: Planning and managing the hotel’s kitchen with regards to resources, menu, and general cleanliness to ensure a healthy food offering and quality service delivery.
