We are hiring for the position of Assistant - Head of Operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  •  Support implementation of operational strategies, KPIs, and collections targets set by the Head of Operations.
  •  Monitor day-to-day team performance, call quality, attendance, and productivity against company standards.
  •  Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one follow-ups with Team Leaders and ACMs.
  •  Compile, review, and submit operational, performance, and client reports within stipulated timelines.
  •  Track collections performance, outstanding balances, and escalate gaps or risks for management action.
  •  Ensure timely sharing of client performance reports, payment confirmations, and invoices.
  •  Follow up on missing payments and support reconciliation and invoicing processes.
  •  Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and support staffing coordination.
  •  Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at team level.
  •  Support system updates, data accuracy, and operational process improvements.
  •  Act as the operational point of contact in the absence of the Head of Operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations.


Professional Academic Qualifications & other Attributes

  •  Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with minimum 1 years of experience in debt collections, or a diploma in a relevant field, with minimum 3 years’ experience in debt collection.
  •  Excellent knowledge of working with customer support and or customer Information systems.
  •  Strong Analytical & negotiation skills, good problem-solving skills.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.
  •  Keen eye for detail and ability to identify discrepancies or hidden debtor information.
  •  High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
  •  Ability to work within tight timelines.
  •  Team Player.
