Job Description
As the Assistant Hotel Manager your responsibilities will include:
•Overseeing all day to day operations
•Deliver on standards and service levels
•Implementing new service levels
•Ensure delivery of effective staff training and management development programmes•manage and exceed customer expectations, increasing satisfaction levels
•Oversee control of operating budgets in line with hotel financial targets
•Vreating a strong sales culture
•Maximising revenue opportunities
•Ensure effective and open communication across all departments
•Deputising for the Hotel Manager in his absence
Required Experience
•Must have previously been a an Assistant Hotel Manager or a strong Food and Beverage Manager looking to progress
•Drive, energy and enthusiasm to help build a more successful business
•Open communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team
•Positive personality, able to crate a vibrant work environment
•Highly standards drive, with great attention to detail
•Financial and business awareness, able to work to and deliver on targets
