- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
·       At least 3 - 5  years’ experience
·       Excellent Communication, organizational and Negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
·      Responsible for sampling activities as per the company’s plan.
·      Responsible for Preparing, planning and proposing Trade Marketing Opportunities and occasions that are in line with the company objectives.
·      Responsible for executing trade activation plans within the month as discussed and assigned by the lead trade activations including Market storms, School Activations, Campus activations. Etc…
·      Responsible for preparing and sharing regular reports on achievements, Progress, Challenges and escalating unresolved challenges within 24 hours.
·      Responsible for recruiting and leading Promoters in Trade activations as assigned and planned.
·      Responsible for Sales conversion target based on each activity.

Salary: Gross Ksh 40000 to 60000
