We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Automotive Sales Executive to join our team in Nakuru. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shop unit, engaging with walk-in and prospective customers, and guiding them through the spare part purchasing process.

About the Role
Automotive Sales Executive
The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobiles, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the shop in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, performance, and available financing options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements where applicable.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of all vehicle parts in stock, including specifications, pricing, features, and market trends.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized and presentable always.
- Manage customer inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate sales while maintaining company pricing policies.
- Assist customers with documentation required during the spare parts purchase process.
- Monitor spare inventory and communicate stock requirements to management.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep accurate customer records and update sales activities in the company's sales system.
- Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and current automotive market trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A certificate in Automotive Engineering or a related automotive course will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2years'experiencein vehicle sales, automotive sales, or showroom sales.
- Experience selling is highly preferred is an added advantage.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales within the automotive industry is an added advantage.

- Excellent knowledge of motor vehicles parts, including different makes, models, and specifications.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to work on Saturdays and public holidays when required.
- Resident of Nakuru or willing to relocate.
