What You’ll Do

Hunt and close fleet operators including FMCG distributors, logistics companies, and last-mile delivery firms

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing

Diagnose fleet pain points (downtime, compliance, fuel losses, reconciliation gaps) and position Siphyy as the solution

Build relationships with fleet managers, operations heads, and business owners

Operate independently — no marketing team, no inbound leads, just you and a product that works
✅ Non-Negotiable Requirements

2+ years of B2B sales experience (must be business-to-business, not retail)

Experience selling to fleet operators, logistics companies, or FMCG distributors

Strong understanding of fleet operations (maintenance cycles, fuel control, compliance, driver management)

Proven track record of closing deals through cold outreach

Comfortable with field sales (site visits, face-to-face meetings, on-site demos)

Self-driven and target-oriented
