Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives

Identify target segments, priority industries, and decision-makers

Build structured sales plans with clear pipelines, timelines, and revenue targets


Business Development & Deal Closure

Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close B2B partnerships with SMEs, corporates, and institutions

Confidently engage C-suite executives and senior leaders

Prepare and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client needs


Sales Cycle Management

Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation → needs analysis → proposal → negotiation → closure

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasts

Shorten sales cycles through disciplined follow-ups and stakeholder management


Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships post-sale

Act as a trusted commercial partner, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG or financial services

Strong understanding of market segmentation, route-to-market, and territory management

Experience selling to senior executives and decision-makers


Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

High commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset

Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
