Job descriptions & requirements
- Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 1 year of experience working as a Barista, Barman, or in a similar hospitality role
- Experience in coffee preparation, mixology, cocktails and mocktails
- Good knowledge of beverage preparation, presentation, and service
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills, with ability to engage guests and recommend products
- Ability to handle cashier/POS duties and maintain accurate transactions
- Ability to assist with other restaurant service duties and work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong sales and upselling skills with a customer-focused approach
