Kenchic is proud to be the largest integrated poultry operation in East and Central Africa and deals in day-old chicks, processed chicken meat and further processed products such as smoked sausages, choma sausages & sausages.

JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsCertificate/Diploma in Meat Processing, Food Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in meat processing or food manufacturing, including supervisory experience.Knowledge of beef processing, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.Strong leadership, communication, and team supervision skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and reporting systems.Understanding of inventory control and FIFO practices.Good problem-solving and operational planning skills.T apply, send in your CV and relevant documents via the Email provided with subject "Beef Plant Retail Supervisor- TPP"
