ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Embody the shared values of Hotel DroverAbility to manage multiple functions and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environmentBuild and maintain relationships with all stakeholders while acting as an extension of the Hotel Drover brandPrevious experience in the hotel industry.Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all timesConsistently offer professional, friendly service and have an ability to address special requests of guestsOffer assistance with baggage, including but not limited to calling for car service and transportationBe knowledgeable of all room types and features to effectively acquaint guests when escorting to guest roomsIn-depth knowledge of attractions/restaurants/bars/venues in the local area preferredTransport guests to and from the hotel in the House CarAssist with Bell and House Car servicingPerform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leader MUST-HAVES: Strong knowledge of the City of Fort Worth and other parts of the DFW MetropolisMust be familiar with Forbes, AAA, and Hotel standardsMust have the ability to carry/lift/push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, role requires frequent bending and kneelingThe ability to communicate effectively and graciouslyOperate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication, and empowerment to all internal and external guestsSome experience in customer service preferredFlexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; passion for collaboration QUALIFICATIONS: Available to work a varied schedule that will include evenings and weekendsExcellent verbal communication skillsOperate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication, and empowerment to all internal and external guestsAbility to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.The team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job.
