To ensure the safe, timely, and efficient collection and delivery of parcels, documents, and merchandise while using the Company’s delivery systems, maintaining accurate proof of delivery, safeguarding customer and company property, and delivering excellent customer service in compliance with company policies and road safety regulations.

Job descriptions & requirements
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
- Must have a Valid Motorcycle Riding License and any other legally required riding documentation
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili.
- Ability to use smartphones, mobile apps, or digital delivery systems will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in courier, dispatch, delivery, or logistics riding operations.
- Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing within Nairobi County or the Nairobi Metropolitan Area Preferred.
- NYS graduate preferred.
