● Provide Clerical Support services within the Company
Duties and Responsibilities
The job holder’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:
● Processing all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
● Input daily collection into the system and assign to the scheduled vehicles
● Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries
● Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required
● Sort and distribute incoming shipments
● Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor
● Follow current standards and procedures
● Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete
● Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries
● Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
● Make deliveries within the office
● Assist in documentation for invoicing process
Job Specifications
The job holder must possess:
● High school Certificate
● Certificate in Office Administration, IT, Customer service will be an added advantage
● Strong Computer skills and working Knowledge in Microsoft
● Time management ,organization and customer skills
● Attention to details
