Job summary
The Branch Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing Branch Operations. This position drives the achievement of loan disbursement, collection & acquiring new customers targets. The role includes leading and guiding staff, maintaining strong client/community relationships to support financial inclusion and significant branch growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, new customers acquisition, loan disbursements, collections, filing, pipelines and daily reports preparation.
2. Achieve branch targets in all KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the organization by generating revenue.
3. Implement strategies to improve branch efficiency, resulting in reduced processing times and increased customer satisfaction.
4. Lead a team of BDOs and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance levels.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the company& services.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at the branch level
7. Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and improve overall company performance.
Academic &Professional Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
1 year in the same field (microfinance)
