They seek to recruit dynamic, suitably qualified and competent individuals with excellent business development and leadership skills for the position of Branch Manager.
Job Summary
Job Title: Branch Manager
Function: Business Development
Reports to: Regional Manager
Supervises: Branch team
Location: Various Branches in Kenya.
Number of Positions: Eight (8) Positions
Placement: Immediate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including: -

• 
  
• Ensuring the branch meets its loan portfolio targets both in disbursement and Quality
  
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, to ensure the branch operates in accordance with all Progressive Credit standards.
  
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
  
• Staff management and maintaining a high level of team spirit.
  
• Ensuring operations goals are achieved.
  

PERSON SPECIFICATION (QUALIFICATIONS AND  WORK EXPERIENCE)

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management or Credit Management fields from a recognized      university/CPA/Credit Certification or a Diploma in Business field
  
• Three (3) years’ leadership in lending.
  
• Three years’ practical working experience lending experience in a Micro Finance Institution / Financial institution.
  
• Excellent people management skills.
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Computer proficiency with good report writing skills.
  
• Team Player
