Brief on Client

Our client is an established property developer in Kenya focussing on high quality affordable homes based in Kiambu, Kenya.



  • Brand Identity and Positioning:Define and maintain the company's brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice. Develop and implement strategies to differentiate the brand from competitors and position it as a leader in the real estate industry.
  • Marketing and Communication:Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Develop compelling content and collateral to effectively communicate the brands value proposition to target audiences.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience at every touchpoint, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service excellence to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Feedback Analysis and Action: Monitor customer feedback channels, including surveys, reviews, and social media comments, to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Brand Compliance and Standards:Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials, communications, and interactions. Provide guidance and training to internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. Use insights to inform strategic decision- making and identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.



Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in branding, marketing, or customer experience roles, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective brand and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
