Role Purpose:
The role will be responsible to conduct data analysis of revenue channels to ensure leaks are identified timeously and revenue is maximised. The role holder will analyse processes for revenue collection and continuously optimise methods to improve cash flow without influencing demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the cost savings targets of the revenue assurance function/management accounting function.
Educate business units about the prevention of revenue leakage.
Obtain buy-in for initiatives related to prevention of revenue leakage.
Collaborate with technology to exchange knowledge about latest developments in criminal activities in the industry.
Advise business on methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Share insights with business to collectively achieve the improvement of financial performance in the organization.
Conduct reconciliations between billing platforms and exchanges, etc.
Test and evaluate new products, services and systems and assess the revenue assurance risks prior to implementation.
Ensure effective audit trails on all provisioning platforms.
Report revenue leakages.
Review mismatches arisen out of reconciliations and incident reports.
Stay abreast of best practice through self-development.
Academic background & Professional Knowledge:
Relevant commerce or technology degree. CISA/CISM/CGEIT/CRISK certification is highly recommended.

Experience in SQL
Experience in working with large databases
Knowledge of wireless billing and rating system

Confident with written and verbal communication skills
