To administer, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring system availability, data integrity, user support, integrations, and alignment with business processes.

Required QualificationsEducation

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance/Accounting (advantage).
  • Experience
  • 2–4 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
  • Experience supporting end users in a live operational environment.
  • Retail, distribution, or service industry experience is an advantage.


Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Business Central functional modules.
  • Basic understanding of:
  • AL language (reading/debugging, not full development)
  • APIs and integrations
  • SQL concepts (read-only understanding)
  • Excel (advanced), basic Power BI knowledge.
  • Understanding of POS systems and inventory flows.
