We’re looking for a driven Business Development Officer Intern who can generate and close leads while also acting as a bridge between customers and product. This role combines sales execution, market discovery, and product input.

About NovaFleet NovaFleet is a technology-driven fleet management platform helping businesses manage vehicles, data, and operations more efficiently. We’re building a product in close collaboration with our customers and iterating fast based on real market needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Generate and qualify B2B leads; manage outreach and pipeline
  2. Run discovery calls, demos, and close deals
  3. Understand customer workflows, data needs, and technical requirements
  4. Translate business needs into structured product feedback and feature ideas
  5. Identify market gaps, use cases, and expansion opportunities
  6. Collaborate with product and engineering during iteration cycles
  7. Track sales progress and customer insights


Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort discussing technical concepts with non-technical and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to break down business problems into product requirements
  • Interest in SaaS, fleet management, logistics, or B2B platforms
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to deliver results
  • Prior exposure to sales, product, tech, or startups is a plus
