Job descriptions & requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
- 2+ years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in property management, real estate, facilities management, commercial cleaning, or a related industry
- Existing connections within the property management, real estate, facilities, or corporate sectors — an advantage
- Ability to secure B2B contracts & consistently achieve targets
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently deliver results
- Ability and willingness to conduct extensive field sales, prospecting, and client visits
- Prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
