Job Description/Requirements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Acquire new accounts
- Grow existing accounts
- Engage C-suite & senior stakeholders
- Deliver revenue quarter after quarter
- 5+ years in B2B sales
- Experience selling IT, digitization, ICT, or records/data solutions
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation & proposal skills
- Hunter mentality – proactive, disciplined, relentless
- Public sector & tendering experience
- Experience with EDMS, workflow automation, or document management
- Self-driven, commercially sharp, a natural closer
- Resilient and confident in boardrooms
- Build trust, understand client pain points, and deliver value consistently
- Identify + convert new business
- Conduct 8–10 meetings/demos weekly
- Prepare proposals & bid documents
- Drive account growth (90%+ retention)
- Maintain 3X pipeline coverage
- Collaborate with tech & ops teams
- Track performance via CRM
- Quarterly Revenue: KES 15M–20M
- New Clients: 5–8 per quarter
- Retention: 90%+
