Metrofile Kenya is scaling fast and we’re looking for elite B2B sales professionals who can drive digital transformation across Kenya’s public and private sectors. If you’re the kind of salesperson who opens doors where others hit dead ends, builds senior relationships with intention, and closes strategic deals consistently we want to meet you.

The Role: Business Development Executive B2B Solutions 
You will sell Digitization, Records & Information Management, EDMS, Workflow Automation, and Cloud Archival Solutions to corporates, government agencies, banks, insurers, and large enterprises.

Your Focus:
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline
  • Acquire new accounts
  • Grow existing accounts
  • Engage C-suite & senior stakeholders
  • Deliver revenue quarter after quarter
Must-have Qualifications & Experience: 
  • 5+ years in B2B sales
  • Experience selling IT, digitization, ICT, or records/data solutions
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
  • Strong presentation, negotiation & proposal skills
  • Hunter mentality – proactive, disciplined, relentless

Added Advantage:
  • Public sector & tendering experience
  • Experience with EDMS, workflow automation, or document management

About You:
  • Self-driven, commercially sharp, a natural closer
  • Resilient and confident in boardrooms
  • Build trust, understand client pain points, and deliver value consistently

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify + convert new business
  • Conduct 8–10 meetings/demos weekly
  • Prepare proposals & bid documents
  • Drive account growth (90%+ retention)
  • Maintain 3X pipeline coverage
  • Collaborate with tech & ops teams
  • Track performance via CRM

Targets:
  • Quarterly Revenue: KES 15M–20M
  • New Clients: 5–8 per quarter
  • Retention: 90%+
