The Business Development Executive (BDE) will support revenue growth by generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting opportunities for the HRMS platform. This role is ideal for an energetic self-starter looking to grow within a fast-paced HR tech company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social selling, and referrals
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule product demos and meetings

2. Sales Support & Deal Closure
• Conduct initial product presentations and demos
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations
• Support negotiations and deal closure under supervision
• Follow up on leads and dormant prospects

3. Client Engagement & Onboarding Support
• Maintain relationships with prospects during onboarding
• Work with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client setup
• Gather client feedback and relay it to the product team

4. Market Research & Reporting
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and product features
• Update CRM with lead and deal information
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports

5. Brand & Market Presence
• Represent the company at networking events, expos, and forums
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Number of qualified leads generated
• Conversion rate from lead to customer
• Number of demos conducted
• Revenue contribution
• CRM accuracy and follow-up rates

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition
• Experience in SaaS, HRMS, ERP, or payroll systems is an advantage
• Basic understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn HR systems
• Strong follow-up and time management skills
