BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job summary
Role Overview We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth—mainly within the schools and hospitality (hotels/lodges) market. You will manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal follow-up, closing, and relationship management, while ensuring clean pipeline tracking through CRM.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities (schools and hotels).
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through structured prospecting and lead generation.
* Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
* Prepare and follow up on proposals/quotations and close deals within timelines.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, stages, notes, follow-ups, conversions).
* Support lead nurturing through WhatsApp/email/calls and scheduled follow-ups.
* Collaborate with the media/digital team to align offers with client needs and conversion goals.
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales (must demonstrate measurable wins/targets met).
* Prior experience selling to or working with schools or hotels/lodges is and added advantage.
* Strong skills in lead generation and pipeline management.
* Working experience using a CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Digital understanding is a plus** (ads, content, funnels, social media, or marketing basics).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up discipline.
* Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with field/client meetings.
