Our client is a leading provider of premium built-in kitchen appliances and integrated kitchen solutions, serving residential and commercial customers through a network of dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, project, and distribution channels.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers,
kitchen studios, developers, contractors, consultants, and key corporate
clients.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network while ensuring strong channel engagement and performance.
- Promote
and drive sales of premium built-in kitchen appliances and kitchen
solutions, including cooking appliances, ventilation products, sinks,
taps, dishwashers, kitchen hardware, storage solutions, and countertop
products.
- Generate project opportunities within residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for channel partners and end users.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate
with marketing and operations teams to support product launches,
promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, networking functions, and industry forums.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or project sales.
- Experience
in premium home appliances, kitchen solutions, consumer durables,
sanitary ware, interior products, building materials, home improvement
products, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Professional, mature, and capable of representing a premium brand in the market.
