Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HR services and co-working space solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
HR Services Business Growth
- Promote recruitment, executive search, outsourcing, payroll management, HR consulting, training, and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Engage HR managers, business leaders, and decision-makers to understand workforce needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
OfficePhase Business Growth
- Drive occupancy and membership growth for co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and event spaces.
- Conduct office tours and consultations with prospective members and corporate clients.
- Develop partnerships with startups, SMEs, NGOs, corporates, and remote teams to increase utilization of OfficePhase facilities.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Strategic Planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client engagements.
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, recruitment, HR consulting, outsourcing, commercial real estate, hospitality, or related B2B services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing corporate accounts and client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
