- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and client relationship management
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role in transport and logistics.
- Knowledge of the logistics and freight industry is a MUST.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
