THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth efforts and manage the sales pipeline for our 360-degree agency ecosystem. The Lead will be directly in charge of the Business Development Representatives, responsible for setting strategic sales targets, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the team to ensure we remain the leading creative media hub in the region.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Team Leadership & Management: Directly supervise the Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing daily guidance, setting performance KPIs, and fostering a high-output sales culture.

●       Strategic Growth Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to hit revenue targets across all three divisions.

●       High-Level Client Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of "Tier 1" accounts, including multinational corporations, NGOs, and government bodies.

●       Team Mentorship: Coach BDRs on lead nurturing, pitch techniques, and professional relationship management to ensure high conversion rates.

●       Revenue & Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts to the executive team.

●       Cross-Agency Synergy: Design integrated service packages that leverage the combined strengths of our strategy, branding, and visual production arms.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

●       Basic Salary: KES 36,000 per month.

●       Transport Allowance: KES 10,000 per month.

●       Communication Allowance: KES 2,000 per month.

●       Total Gross Package: KES 48,000 per month.

●       Competitive performance-linked incentives and commissions for high-value contract closures.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

●       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage).

●       Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within the agency or media space.

●       Skills: Strong people management abilities, master-level negotiation skills, and an extensive network of corporate contacts.
