Your Role
Business Development Manager
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
As a Business Development Manager at Skims Pharmaceuticals, you will be a key player in driving our growth and success in Kenya. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new distributor and LTR: Finding the right distributor for the company with aligned interest and growth aspirations (Promotional)
- Identifying New Business Opportunities: Scout and seize new avenues for Contract manufacturing and Institutional Supplies.
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with LTR and distributor to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Developing Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with healthcare providers and professionals to create synergies and drive innovation.
- New Product Initiatives: Identify and size the market for new product launches and execute the same with the distributor

Who We Are Looking For
- Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Skills: Proven expertise in driving business growth and market expansion.

- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
