Our client who is in the real estate and property management industry is seeking a results driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead their growth initiatives. The role requires a dynamic professional who can combine strong sales execution with market intelligence and relationship-building expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth by onboarding property owners, building partnerships, and unlocking new markets.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
  • Source and onboard new property owners, landlords, investors, and developers
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and increase portfolio growth 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing insights, and customer behavior 
  • Develop and present compelling property proposals and value propositions to potential clients 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with  operational capabilities  
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision making  
  • Design and implement innovative marketing and client acquisition strategies  

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably within real  estate or property management  
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding property owners, securing partnerships, and  driving revenue growth  
  • Strong ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills  
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets  
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, including property valuation, trends, and customer behavior  
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently pitch and close deals
  • Basic reporting and administrative skills for tracking performance and managing pipelines  
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns
