Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
- Source and onboard new property owners, landlords, investors, and developers
- Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and increase portfolio growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing insights, and customer behavior
- Develop and present compelling property proposals and value propositions to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably within real estate or property management
- Demonstrated success in onboarding property owners, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth
- Strong ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, including property valuation, trends, and customer behavior
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently pitch and close deals
- Basic reporting and administrative skills for tracking performance and managing pipelines
