Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

- Proven Track Record Of Achieving Or Exceeding Sales Targets In A Competitive B2b Technology Environment.
Experience:
- Minimum Of 5 Years Relevant Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Account Management Within The Ict, Software, Or It Solutions Industry.
- Experience Building And Managing Long-Term Relationships With Enterprise Customers, Government Institutions, Ngos, Or Large Private Sector Organizations.
- Demonstrated Experience In General Sales, Corporate Sales, And Key Account Management For Technology Products And Solutions.
- Experience Selling Ict Hardware, Networking Equipment, Enterprise Solutions, Or Specialized Software Solutions To Corporate And Institutional Clients.
Salary: Kshs. 200,000 - 300,000 Plus Company Benefits

- Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify, Develop, And Close New Business Opportunities Across Corporate, Enterprise, And Institutional Markets. Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans To Achieve Revenue And Growth Targets. Promote The Companys Ict Solutions Portfolio Including Hardware, Networking Infrastructure, And Specialized Software Solutions. Build And Maintain A Strong Pipeline Of Prospects Through Market Research, Networking, And Lead Generation Activities. Prepare And Deliver Compelling Product Presentations, Proposals, And Demonstrations To Clients.
- Key Account Management:Manage And Grow Relationships With Key Corporate And Institutional Clients. Develop Account Plans To Maximize Revenue Opportunities And Ensure Long Term Partnerships. Serve As The Primary Contact For Strategic Clients, Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction And Retention. Identify Opportunities For Upselling And Cross Selling Technology Solutions.
- Corporate & Enterprise Sales: Lead Corporate Sales Initiatives Targeting Medium To Large Organizations, Government Agencies, Ngos, And Private Sector Enterprises. Participate In Tendering Processes, Rfp Or Rfq Preparation, And Contract Negotiations. Work Closely With Technical Teams To Develop Customized Ict Solutions That Meet Client Requirements. Monitor Industry Trends, Competitor Activities, And Emerging Technologies To Inform Sales Strategy.
- Market Development & Partnerships:Develop Strategic Partnerships With Vendors, Distributors, And Technology Partners. Expand The Companys Footprint In New Market Segments And Verticals. Represent The Company At Industry Events, Conferences, And Networking Forums.
- Reporting & Performance Management: Track Sales Performance And Provide Regular Reports On Pipeline Development, Forecasts, And Revenue Achievements. Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions And Sales Activities In The Crm System. Contribute To The Development Of Pricing Strategies And Go To Market Plans.
