Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk analysis of potential clients, resulting in sound lending decisions and minimized default rates.
2. Ensure thorough follow-ups of partial payments is done though regular calls and visits to clients to ensure daily collections target is met..
3. Provide personalized customer service and financial advice to clients, fostering strong relationships and repeat business.
4. Collaborate with the training/marketing team to develop and deliver enterprise training programs, equipping clients with the knowledge and skills needed for business growth.
5. Achieve and exceed targets in all KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of RapidCash Ventures Limited.
6. Contribute to the development of new lending products and strategies based on market research and customer feedback, enhancing the company’s competitive edge.
Salary 25k plus commission
