Job summary

General Purpose Our client a leading dental healthcare provider with modern clinics in Nairobi and Mombasa, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of its dental services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, generating leads, and strengthening client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Gross Salary: Ksh. 60,000- 80,000

Duties &Responsibilities

 Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral partners.

 Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

 Establish strategic partnerships that enhance the practice's market presence and service uptake.

 Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

 Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

 Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

 Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the organization.

 Maintain accurate records of business development activities and prepare periodic reports.


Requirements & Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relationship management.

 Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

 Demonstrated ability in lead generation and new business acquisition.

 Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

 Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
