Job summary
Nawiri African Sprouts Limited – Fast Credit is looking to fill in the above positions with dynamic, self-driven and results oriented individuals with skills in customer management and tele-collections.
Job descriptions & requirements
The key duties and responsibilities for the position include;
1. Customer engagement through calls
2. Customer calls backs for data verification
3. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
4. Negotiate pay off deadlines or payment plans
5. Manage multiple delinquent accounts and implement debt collection strategies
6. Ensure policies and procedures for debt recovery are followed
7. Conduct daily follow-up of clients with due and overdue loans through phone calls or text.
8. Prepare debt collection reports as may be required
9. Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate customers not reachable on their primary contact phone numbers.
10. Handle customer queries or complaints
