Cashier/Shift Team Lead
Core Responsibilities
Always remain at your designated cashier station.
Ensure no order leaves without a verified receipt with transaction code.
Ensure cup stickers (Karak & Go logo and seasonal designs) are applied.
De-escalate and resolve customer issues in real-time.
Submit a completed shift checklist before handing over to the next shift.
Change flower water daily and maintain visible station cleanliness.
Execution at Karak & Go
Greet every guest with warmth while handling transactions quickly.
Cross-check the payment method and receipt before calling out any order.
If busy, assign sticker duty to waiter or steward and double-check after.
Own the shift i.e., monitor, guide, and motivate your team proactively.
Checklist must include till balance, cleanliness, completed orders, feedback.
Use clean jug and refill flower vases with fresh water each morning.
