Channel Manager
Job summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and fill the position of Channel Manager.
Job descriptions & requirements
-Develop, expand and manage distribution and sales channels for accessories including earphones, smartwatches and power banks.
-Develop strategies to increase market penetration and sales performance.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retails partners.
-Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
-Monitor sales performance across channels and implement strategies to meet targets.
-Ensure proper product availability, visibility and merchandising in all outlets.
-Coordinate promotions, activations and marketing campaigns with channel partners.
-Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
-Ensure compliance with pricing, branding and company policies across all channels.
Key Requirements
-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
-Proven experience in channel/distribution management (preferably in mobile accessories or electronics)
-Experience working with or selling Oraimo products is a strong advantage.
-Strong network of distributors and retailers within the region.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
-Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
