The ideal candidate will have strong P&L management experience, a proven track record in business growth, and extensive experience managing multi-unit operations. Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, or franchise operations will be an added advantage.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of management experience.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience.
- Proven experience in multi-unit operations management.
- Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong business development and commercial management expertise.
- Strategic business leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in FMCG or agribusiness is preferred.
- Franchise operations experience will be an added advantage.
