Credit Officer

• Calling and meeting loan applicants to obtain additional information as well as answer any questions about loan process 
  
• Doing appraisal by following the company’s policy
• Diligent follow up of loan forms
• Growing loan portfolio by bringing in new customers 
• Aggressive recovery, arrears and balances 
• Naming Customers documents  
• Planning for marketing areas 
• Do mapping for new region
• Perform any other tasks as required 

Experience

Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.

Key Competences:

• Ability to drive and relocate is an added advantage 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
• Use initiative to plan own work schedule to meet deadlines and Targets.
