Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a similar healthcare or specialist outpatient setting
• Degree or diploma in Customer Care, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or related field from a recognized institution
• Strong computer literacy including electronic medical records and scheduling platforms
• Experience working with medical insurance preauthorization will be an added advantage
• References must be provided in the application
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care and Communication
• Manage clinic telephone inquiries and social media communication
• Welcome patients and coordinate clinic flow
• Schedule and confirm clinic appointments
Scheduling and Clinical Coordination
• Organize hospital schedules for attending doctors
• Coordinate hospital admissions and procedures
• Schedule and track follow-up visits for hospital patients
Insurance and Results Coordination
• Process and follow up insurance preauthorization
• Track and communicate radiology and laboratory results
Records and Administration
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation
• Prepare periodic clinic operational reports
• Support overall smooth running of clinic services
