Job Purpose
We are seeking committed, hardworking, and energetic Sales Representatives to promote and sell Colour & Lift products through door-to-door sales in Ruai and surrounding areas. The ideal candidates must be passionate about sales and ready to work in the field to grow the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct door-to-door sales to promote Colour & Lift products
• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
• Generate leads and close sales to meet daily and weekly targets
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate daily sales records
• Represent the company professionally at all times
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Minimum Certificate level
• Experience: At least 2 years sales experience (field/door-to-door sales is an added advantage)
• Must be willing and able to do door-to-door sales
• Must be committed, hardworking, and self-motivatedKey Skills & Competencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and confident when speaking to customers

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
