Job Summary

As the Commercial Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and profitability of our agricultural business. You will play a critical role in achieving our revenue targets and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our commercial reach, acquire new business opportunities, and establish strong partnerships. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and a proven track record in business development.

Job Description/Requirements

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify market segments and customer profiles, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and efficient sales

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural sector, both locally and internationally.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and manage key client relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize business outcomes.


Market Expansion:

  • Identify potential markets and segments for growth, including exploring new geographic regions and market niches.
  • Evaluate market entry strategies and develop comprehensive plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and provide recommendations for product diversification and innovation.
