Role Overview
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of dishes
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Support daily mise en place and kitchen setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment (internship or entry-level role considered)
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
