This commission-based, field-intensive role involves engaging construction stakeholders from planning to execution to secure supply agreements and drive volume growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of building materials across diverse customer segments.
Engage stakeholders including developers, contractors, engineers, and landowners.
Secure supply agreements and build long-term client relationships.
Monitor site operations to identify opportunities for product integration.
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Target Customer Base
You will actively engage:
Property developers and development companies
Contractors, site engineers, and project managers
Landowners undertaking self-build projects
Hardware retailers and distributors
Individuals building low-cost or incremental structures
Candidate ProfileExperience Tracks (Choose One)
Track A – Property Development / Construction
Minimum 1 year in property development, construction, or site-based roles
Exposure to building materials usage, site operations, or project coordination
Experience working with contractors, fundis, or consultants
Track B – Building Materials Manufacturing / Sales
Experience in manufacturing or distribution (cement, steel, tiles, blocks, etc.)
Understanding of product movement at scale (volume-driven sales)
Familiarity with dealer/distributor networks, pricing, margins, and logistics
Qualifications
Preferred Degrees (Strongly Recommended):
Civil Engineering
Construction Management / Building Construction
Quantity Surveying
Real Estate / Property Development
Acceptable Alternatives:
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building Construction / Quantity Surveying + 2–3 years relevant experience
Technical certifications in construction or materials handling + proven sales or site exposure
