Requirements:  Bachelors Degree In Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Or A Related Field. Professional Certification In Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Or Public Relations (E.G. Cim, Cdmp, Google Digital Marketing, Meta Certifications) Is Required. Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Communication Ethics, Patient Confidentiality, And Data Protection. Demonstrated Skills In Content Creation, Copywriting, And Visual Storytelling. Proficiency In Social Media Management Tools, Analytics Platforms, And Basic Graphic/Video Editing Tools.

Experience:  Minimum Of 5 Years Relevant Work Experience In Communications, Digital Marketing, Or Social Media Management. Prior Experience In A Busy Healthcare Facility, Medical Institution, Ngo, Or Related Service-Oriented Sector Is Highly Preferred. Proven Experience Managing Brand Communication, Digital Campaigns, And Online Communities In A Regulated Environment.

Responsibilities; 

  • Develop And Implement Comprehensive Communication And Social Media Strategies Aligned With The Hospitals Brand And Objectives. Manage And Grow The Hospitals Presence Across Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Linkedin, Youtube, Tiktok Where Applicable). 
  • Create, Curate, And Publish Engaging Content Including Health Education Materials, Service Promotions, Patient Stories, And Institutional Updates. Drive Traffic To The Hospital Website And Digital Platforms Through Targeted Campaigns And Content Optimization. 
  • Engage With Patients And The Community By Responding To Inquiries, Comments, And Feedback In A Professional And Empathetic Manner. Promote The Hospitals Culture, Achievements, Events, And Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives. 
  • Support Community Outreach And Public Health Awareness Campaigns. Monitor Brand Sentiment And Manage Online Reputation, Including Crisis And Issues Communication When Required. 
  • Track, Analyse, And Report On Digital Performance Metrics To Guide Continuous Improvement. Stay Up To Date With Digital Marketing Trends, Healthcare Communication Best Practices, And Regulatory Requirements.
