Key Responsibilities:
a) Perform administrative duties including typing & filing.
b) Manage and maintain office systems, including databases and electronic filing systems.
c) Assist in processing of invoices, payments and receipts
d) Prepare and edit correspondence.
e) Handle communications including phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
f) Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.
g) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
a) Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
b) Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite & Quickbooks.
c) Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
d) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
e) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
f) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
g) Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
h) Experience in Customer Care, Front Desk operations and basic accounting skills is an added advantage
