Content & Social Media Assistant (Entry-Level)
Job summary
We’re hiring a Content & Social Media Assistant to help us shoot video/photo content, edit for social platforms, post consistently, and track performance. You’ll work closely with our workshop and site teams to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes material and help elevate our digital brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture video and photo content at construction sites, workshops, and project handovers.
- Edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut or InShot.
- Write captions and post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Organize content into a weekly calendar and suggest content ideas.
- Monitor basic analytics: engagement, followers, reach, etc.
- Respond to DMs and community comments (with support).
- Assist in occasional shoots for advertisements and special promotions.
- Assist with regular office work and general office tasks
Requirements:
- Strong interest in content creation and storytelling.
- Ability to shoot on a smartphone or DSLR (we will provide tools if needed).
- Familiarity with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
- Active on social media personally or has managed pages before.
- Fluent in English; Swahili is a bonus.
- Highly organized, punctual, and willing to move between our locations.
- Degree/diploma in communications, film, digital media, or related field (preferred but not required).
