Direct preparation, seasoning, cooking of all food items; plan menu items; order supplies; maintain records
Job descriptions & requirements
Job Duties:
· Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
· Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
· Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
· Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
· Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
· Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

Working hours - 9a.m-6p.m [mon-sat]
Vacation - 28.5 days every year
Salary - Ca$21 per hour
Contract - 2 years.
Extra time - Ca$24 per hour
Insurance & Pension - According to Canadian Labor laws.

Other terms according to Quebec labour laws.
