About Unique Furniture

Unique Furniture is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Corporate & Project Sales Manager to lead business development and sales across corporate, real estate, hospitality, property development, and other project-based accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture, real estate, construction, interior solutions, or other high-value/valuable goods, with proven experience managing B2B sales cycles and closing large-value projects.


Role Purpose

The Corporate & Project Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and converting corporate and project-based business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of furniture and related solutions.

The role will focus on developing a strong pipeline of corporate accounts, real estate developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, hospitality businesses, and other organisations requiring furniture solutions for new developments, renovations, offices, and commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

•     Identify and develop new corporate and project sales opportunities.

•     Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

•     Prospect and engage corporate organisations, real estate developers, property managers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and hospitality businesses.

•     Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.

•     Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, site visits, tenders, and direct business development.

•     Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and project solutions.

•     Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales opportunities.


Project Sales Management

•     Identify upcoming construction, fit-out, renovation, and furnishing projects.

•     Establish relationships with key decision-makers early in the project lifecycle.

•     Understand project requirements, specifications, budgets, timelines, and procurement processes.

•     Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate furniture solutions and quotations.

•     Follow projects from initial opportunity through negotiation, order confirmation, delivery, and completion.

•     Maintain accurate project pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts.


Relationship Management

•     Build long-term relationships with key corporate and institutional clients.

•     Develop strategic accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and cross-selling business.

•     Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, procurement teams, and other project influencers.

•     Ensure a high level of client engagement and customer satisfaction.


Market Development

•     Monitor market trends, competitor activity, construction developments, and emerging business opportunities.

•     Identify sectors and customer segments with strong potential for furniture and project sales.

•     Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks that can generate new business.

•     Represent Unique Furniture professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•     Monthly and annual sales revenue achieved.

•     Value and number of projects secured.

•     New corporate accounts acquired.

•     Sales pipeline value and conversion rate.

•     Gross margin achieved.

•     Repeat business and account growth.

•     Number of qualified project opportunities generated.

•     Client retention and satisfaction.


Requirements

Education

•     Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

•     5+ years of proven B2B, corporate, project, or solution-based sales experience.

•     Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: Furniture, Real Estate / Property Development, Construction, Interior Design / Fit-Out, Hospitality, Building materials, Office solutions, Other high-value or valuable goods.

•     Demonstrated experience in managing large-value sales and project-based sales cycles.

•     Existing relationships within the corporate, real estate, construction, hospitality, or design ecosystem will be an added advantage.
